EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors – post meal
* Jumprope 15 minutes – post meal

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* sliced apple, cranberry-walnut bread & guacamole
* one “red” kiwi fruit
* big pot of Moroccan stew (garbanzo beans, red lentils, fire-roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli stalk, cabbage, kale, chicory, brussels sprouts, sauerkraut, wild rice w/ Ethiopian seasoning)
* another 🍎
