EXERCISE:
* Climb many stairs, powerwalk & hours of standing lectures all day (but MORE hours driving)
* Lift lower body & abs at gym
* Treadmill powerwalk/jog combo 30 minutes at gym

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
*oatmeal w/ fresh pomegranate, sliced raw almonds & almond milk
* red seedless grapes & raw sliced almonds
