Nutrition for 4 cookies, but I only ate ONE!

EXERCISE:
* Brisk post-meal outdoor walk for 15 minutes

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* heirloom Scarlett Runner bean soup seasoned w/ black cumin – nigella sativa) & lots of veggies, served w/ Ezekiel sprouted grains tortilla, guacamole, tomatoes & pomegranate & broccoli-clover sprouts
*oatmeal w/ fresh pomegranate, cinnamon, sliced raw almonds & just a splash of almond milk
* baked potato w/ sos-free bbq sauce, 2 teaspoon guacamole, steamed cruciferous crunch veggies w/ broccoli-clover sprouts
* one (only one) fudge-mint cookie
