* veggie sushi w/ brown rice (carrots, cucumber, XL-avocado, seaweed sheet)
* 6 inch veggie sub on oat-wheat, (vinegar, no oil, pepper, no salt)
* one small XL-sweet carbonated beverage (soothes sore throat)
* few grapes
* salt-free, fat-free air popcorn MIXED with much smaller amount of Trader Joe’s XL-carmel popcorn
