Day 341 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:

# Sit/stand desk 6 hrs (okay, mostly sitting!)

WATER: (goal: > 75)
(4) × (25.4) = 101.6 oz

EATS:
* banana
* bowl of melon cubes & grapes
* veggie sushi w/ brown rice (carrots, cucumber, XL-avocado, seaweed sheet)
* apple
* split pea soup (too XL-salty!) w/ added fresh veggies ( broccoli, carrots, red and green cabbage, jicama, radishes, bell pepper, celery)
* popped chips (low fat, but too XL-salty)
* one small XL-sweet carbonated beverage (soothes sore throat)
* a few grapes

…..SUN HAS SET…..

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food
