EXERCISE:
* Lift biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders & abs
* Climbed every staircase I encountered today @ work!

* fresh banana, raspberry-oat breakfast bar & raw almonds
* leftover homemade vegan lentil soup w/ added asparagus, mushrooms, fresh tomato, nutritional yeast, avocado toast w/ garlic powder & fresh orange
* small choco-mint XL-cookies
* homemade instant potato soup tacos (rehydrate w/ less water) w/ added chopped tomato, kale, green cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, chicory, tabasco – all stuffed inside grilled corn tortillas & served w/ fresh strawberries
