EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors

WATER: (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* JustEgg oven omelet (combined JustEgg & quinoa salad for base, topped w/ mushroom, tomato, onion, kale, white beans), baked then folded & served w/ tomato/peach salsa & avocado
* raw veggies (lots of them!) – green beans, sweet peppers, radishes w/XL-refined bread on side
* a small pablano chili stuffed w/ quinoa & served with red encilada sauce & black rice
