EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* 10 burpees while making v -12 smoothie
* Tending orchard & swim lap

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens, fruit, oats)
* mung-bean omelet w/ scallion, tomato, spinach8, avocado, salsa
* plain sparkling water w/ soft XL-drink
* zinger v-12 smoothie used to make pasta sauce w/ chickpeas  whole wheat noodles, steamed spinach, lemon, nutritional yeast
* avocado, sauerkraut & black grapes
* air popcorn & few jr XL-mints
