EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors

EATS:
* cracked wheat sourdough toast w/ almond butter, pomegranate jam, few almonds & bowl of cherries
* pinto beans, rice, cabbage & salsa bowl w/ few corn XL-chips
* watermelon
* mini-pizza: cracked wheat sourdough toast w/ tomato sauce, mushrooms, vegan deli slices & vegan cheese (it’s garbage greasy cheese, I’m tossing it in trash today!)
* plain sparkling water w/ few shots of soft XL-drink
* pasta w/ tomato, steamed broccoli & cauliflower
* fresh apricots
