* overnight oats w/ oatmeal, blueberries, beet & pomegranate powder, ground flaxseed, vitamin C powder, almond milk, walnuts
* leftover Moroccan stew served over brown rice (2nd serving had no rice)
* banana & natural pbj toast on thin sliced whole wheat
* red grapes & sliced orange
