EXERCISE:
* Standing Lecture 2.5 hours (before/after hours of driving… which isn’t so awful b/c my fuel consumption is awesomely low in slow traffic!)

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS: (no bread – day 4)
* oatmeal w/ strawberries, blueberries, beet & pomegranate powder, ground flaxseed, vitamin C powder, hot water
* Just-Egg baked mung bean omelet w/ onion, tomato, mushroom, potato served w/ avocado
* sliced oranges

SUN HAS SET
