* potato waffles (thin-skin baked potatoes pressed & grilled on waffle iron) topped w/ grilled sweet potato/sunflower seed patty, onion, Carolina bbq sauce, avocado
* few tater XL-tots & lots of steamed kale
* plain sparkling water w/ two shots of soft XL-drink
* mini oranges & a few almonds
* fresh celery dipped in natural peanut XL-butter
