Rainy Day on Campus

EXERCISE:
* Jog treadmill w/ O-U-E workout
* Lift heavier back & triceps w/ ROM (range of motion)
* Extended grocery shopping session among the pre-Thanksgiving masses (after exhausting commute thru holiday traffic & stormy weather)… gotta maintain tip-top conditioning to enjoy long arduous lines 😁

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* rolled oats, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, blueberries, banana
* sliced orange
* tofu lemongrass sandwich w/ shredded carrots
* potato taco (had a bit of XL-oil) w/ raw tomato, kale, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage
* few raw almonds

… SUN HAS SET …
