EXERCISE:
* Jog treadmill w/ O-U-E workout
* NEW RESISTANCE WORKOUT- legs (lighter weight, more reps)
* Standing 3.5 hour lecture
* Almond harvest begins (it’s a tough workout – shake, rattle & roll the branches until it rains almonds!)

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* banana
* AJ’s very veggie pasta (w/ extra veggies!) includes corn, mushrooms, garlic, onion, lemon juice
* trailmix
* XL-sweet icee beverage
