*blanched broccoli & cauliflower (I ate LOTS of this!)

  • grilled whole grain artisan bread
  • avocado w/ garlic powder
  • topped w/ very-veggie pasta sauce (thicken w/ cooked brown jasmine rice)

* XL-lemonade
