EXERCISE:

* plate w/ steamed broccoli, pinto beans, rice, guacamole, salsa & sweet kale salad (kale, green cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, red chicory)
* air-fried corn tortilla strips

* instant potato soup served w/ cracked wheat sourdough & guacamole

If you do NOT have a Ninja Creami machine – no problem! Freeze this blended liquid concoction in ice cube molds. After freezing it just slightly defrost the cubes & churn (process) them in your food processor, your high powered blender, or try feeding slightly defrosted cubes thru your Yonanas machine. Click here for a recipe using Yonanas machine!
- â–¢1 banana, ripe
- â–¢5 deglet dates, or 2-3 medjool dates
- â–¢1 tbsp cashews, or 1 tbsp peanut butter
- â–¢2 tsp coffee beans
- â–¢1 tsp vanilla extract
- â–¢1 cup soy milk, unsweetened, or plant milk of your choice
Coffee Ice Cream
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the Ninja Creami ice cream container and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove lid after the 24 hours and place in the Ninja Creami Ice Cream machine.
- Press the Lite Ice Cream button.
- If mixture looks crumbly after the first spin, place it back in the machine and press the Respin button.

Chickpea powder stew spiced with onion and garlic

Red lentil stew seasoned with onions and traditional ethiopian spices
Alecha Misir:
Lentil stew seasoned with turmeric and traditional ethiopian spices
Gomen:
Greens simmered in herb butter and traditional spices
Atkilt:
Seasoned vegetable stew made with carrots, cabbage and potatoes
Kik Wot:
Yellow split pea stew seasoned with traditional ethiopian spices
Fasolia:
String beans sauteed with carrots, onions and spices
Key Sir:
Ethiopian style red beets
Cmmt: Delicious… only problem is that my belly cannot handle XL-oily food & these veggies were swimming in it.

* tofu scramble w/ lots of veggies including sauerkraut, kale, onion, mushrooms & white beans, then served w/ dry cracked wheat sourdough & fresh strawberries
* vegan flying saucer tostada from Mexican drive-thru including pinto beans, rice, potato (had XL-oil), lettuce, tomato, salsa, avocado & served on XL-crispy tortilla served w/ red grapes
* peach in 100% fruit juice
