Day 67 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS:
* watermelon & few almonds
* apple sauce
* Ethiopian veggie platter w/ injera (sourdough tortilla) w/ following items:

Shiro:
Chickpea powder stew spiced with onion and garlic

Misir Wot:
Red lentil stew seasoned with onions and traditional ethiopian spices

Alecha Misir:
Lentil stew seasoned with turmeric and traditional ethiopian spices

Gomen:
Greens simmered in herb butter and traditional spices

Atkilt:
Seasoned vegetable stew made with carrots, cabbage and potatoes

Kik Wot:
Yellow split pea stew seasoned with traditional ethiopian spices

Fasolia:
String beans sauteed with carrots, onions and spices

Key Sir:
Ethiopian style red beets

Cmmt: Delicious… only problem is that my belly cannot handle XL-oily food & these veggies were swimming in it.
