Keto Diet Theory Research
Gary Taubes, author of What if it’s All a Big Fat Lie?, commissioned a study to support low carb advocates’ theory (Carbohydrate-Insulin Model of Obesity) that decreased insulin secretion resulting from limiting carbohydrates would lead to less fat storage & thus overcome the increased consumption of fat in the diet.
