EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Lift arms (bicep/tricep)
* Walk up-incline 15 minutes indoors

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* red grapes, 2 mini peanut butter balls
* leftover chopped Mediterranean salad w/ radishes, tomatoes & pasta
* Moroccan Harira soup (same recipe as other Moroccan stews on this site, including Grandmother’s Soup), radishes, toasted English muffin w/ avo-salsa
