* veggie sushi w/ broccoli-sprouts, radishes, plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* fresh peach
* chopped Mediterranean salad w/pasta, etc & dry toasted English muffin
* mini ice cream sandwich

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
