EXERCISE:
* Jog 1 hour outdoors
* Lift back, chest & some shoulders @ home

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* fresh peach & one piece of lowfat peanut butter toast w/ boysenberry preserve
* teriyaki veggie rice (white & brown)
* Actual veggie patty on olive sourdough toast w/ tomato, spinach, arugula, broccoli sprouts & yellow pepper w/ sparkling water w/ a shot of soft XL-drink
* natural applesauce
* pistachios (salt-free)

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
