* Lift back, chest @ gym
* Walk-about 20 min on campus
* Push heavy cart outdoors 15 min
* Powerwalk 1hr 45min outdoors
WATER:

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (kale, banana, blueberries, mango, few raw almonds, water)
* veggie sub sandwich (see ingredients in image above)
* brown basmati Spanish veggie rice, black beans w/ onion, cilantro, tomato, Mediterranean chopped salad w/ avocado
* plain sparkling water w/ a shot of soft XL-drink
