* bbq soycurls stir-fry w/ various wautéed veggies served over salad & whole-wheat sourdough avocado toast
* plain sparkling water w/ Tuscanini Organic XL-soda
* 2 pieces of homemade lowfat fudge

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
