–lower body stretch/stengthening
* Ride bicycle around two lakes

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* oatmeal, strawberries, shaved raw almonds, banana & Martian milk (w/ kale)
* 9-grain sourdough avocado toast w/ slice of tomato
* fresh jackfruit
* leftover Grandmother soup served w/ sauerkraut over lentil-rice mix
* salt-free pistachios & plain sparkling water w/ just a shot of Tuscanini Organic XL-soda

… SUN HAS SET …
