EATS:
* oatmeal w/ blueberries, strawberries, mango, beet powder, sliced almonds & water
* black beans w/ diced potato & salsa, steamed kale w/ onion, corn tortillas, avocado & plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* very veggie rice
