* Standing desk all day!

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* baked tacos – corn tortillas filled w/ wautéed soycurls, mushrooms, potato, kale, tomato, onion, salsa, guacamole (next time bake for fewer minutes)
* chopped gorilla salad
* pistachios & few potato XL-chips

… SUN HAS SET …

* Mexi-bowl w/ pinto beans, rice, cabbage, onion, cilantro, salsa

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
