–lower body stretch/stengthening
* Standing desk all day!

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana & a kiwi
* gorilla cruciferous salad w/ black rice, chopped potato, lemon, etc
* Actual Veggie brand burger patty on 9 grain sourdough toast, fresh tomato, onion, broccoli-alfalfa sprouts, homemade In-n-Out sauce
* steamed broccoli & air-fried oilfree potato wedges

… SUN HAS SET …

* banana & few potato XL-chips

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
