EXERCISE:
* IR red light therapy via outdoor powerwalk at sunrise
* Ab-coaster (see photo here)
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening
* IR red light therap 20 minutes outdoors cleaning the car

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* sourdough avocado toast w/ applesauce
* pistachios & fresh strawberries
* spaghetti veggie soup w/ homemade cornbread, avocado, plain sparkling water w/ single shot of soft XL-drink

… SUN HAS SET …

* lowfat/lowsweet choco-peanut pudding (1T PB Pure powder, 1T unsweetened cacao powder, drizzle of date paste, few roasted peanuts, few drops of water)

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
