* mushroomi maple patty on trimmed multi-grain avocado sourdough toast w/ tomato, onion, tiny bit of mustard
* chopped cruciferous gorilla salad & wautéed marinated mushroom w/ onion & black beans

* a baked (then airfried) blooming potato w/ natural ketchup
