EXERCISE:
* IR red light therapy via heel- bouncing 20 minutes outdoors on rebounder for lymphatic circulation early morning
* Powerwalk 3 miles indoors w/ lymphatic facial massage
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening
* IR red light therapy walking outdoors 10 minutes late afternoon

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* rolled oats, blueberries, unsweetened applesauce, thinly sliced almonds & water
* cold poke bowl – delicious! (wild black rice, steamed broccoli, shredded raw cabbage, chopped cucumber, avocado, edamame, crumbled seaweed nori sheets, rice vinegar, salt) & plain sparkling water with just a shot of soft XL-drink
* one mushroom taquito w/ avocado

… SUN HAS SET …

* lowfat dark choco / PB Fudge (w/ walnuts) & mug of green tea w/ lemon

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
