* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening (recently added dry-swimming upper/lower body moves!)
* 60 minute indoor walk-about

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* fresh strawberries & banana
* Actual Veggie brand burger patty on one slice of 9 grain sourdough toast, fresh tomato, onion, lettuce, homemade In-n-Out sauce
* slice of holiday apple XL-pie
* avocado-veggie sushi w/ steamed chunks of white sweet potato on side

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
