WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* Leftover cilantro-tempeh salad (w/ light amount of XL-oil/soysauce dressing) & crispy (pan XL-fried) eggplant
* Taco Bell veganized Mexican Pizza – pinto beans, salsa, tomatoes, onion, enchilada sauce on XL-crispy corn tortilla
* XL-fried chickpea falafel balls served on rice w/ salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, dill pickle)
* fruit cup (melon & red grapes)
* junior mints

[As a tourist in Vegas it is nearly impossible to find oil-free food!]
