–lower body stretch/stengthening
* Outdoor stroll
* TRX strap resistance workout & dumbbells (bicep, tricep, chest, back, shoulders)

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* leftover grilled tofu served w/ wautéed veggies & brown  rice
* chocolate pumpkin squares
* soycurl hash w/ onion, tomato, mushroom, wautéed in vegan broth & served over baked potato w/ steamed broccoli
* fresh apple from orchard

… SUN HAS SET …

* multigrain sourdough toast w/ homemade boysenberry jam

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
