* purple forbidden rice & chipotle flavored black beans w/ fresh tomatoes, onion, steamed broccoli, avocado, teff injera, cranberry sauce
* chocolate pumpkin square
* stirfry (oilfree) w/ veggies & soycurls, served w/ purple rice & plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
