EATS:
* whole wheat pita pocket stuffed w/ cowboy caviar (onion, tomato, mushrooms, edamame, brown rice all wautéed in veggie broth) & add avocado
* more cowboy caviar on plate w/o pita, w/o avocado

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
