MEDITATION:

EXERCISE:
* Upper body gym workout
* Walkabout indoors 45 minutes (pre/post weight lifting)
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/ stengthening
* Walkabout 4 hours indoors & outdoors

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana, watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe
* veggie sandwich (mushroom, tomato, onion, lettuce, green chili peppers, mustard on grilled sourdough)
* Korean bibimbap (bowl w/ rice, spinach, bean sprout, pickled shiitake, pickled daikon, cucumber, mixed cabbage, XL-crispy tofu) & plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
