–lower body stretch/ stengthening  plus three more shoulder stretch  moves

EATS:
* kiwi
* black eyed peas chili w/ teff injera & avocado
* chopped 3-2-1 confetti salad
* banana-peanut-choco ice cream w/ blueberries & thin sliced almonds sprinkled on top
