EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/ strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* apple sauce
* fresh pomegranate arils
* oatmeal w/ pomegranate, peach, Martian milk (blenderize kale + water + almonds) & banana on side
* baked purple sweet potato w/ leftover  steamed broccoli, carrot, mushroom & onion sautéed in teriyaki, black beans, sauerkraut
* also some Costco grain & celery salad (no dressing), small piece of injera & a tangerine

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
