MEDITATION:

EXERCISE:
* Jog 4k (~2.5 miles) outdoors
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/ strengthening
* Day 1 AI weight training

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* fresh pomegranate arils
* 3 ingredient pancakes – banana, rolled oats, Martian milk (blenderize kale + water + almonds) topped w/ blueberries, mango & pure maple syrup
* steakhouse supper: baked potato (I brought scoop of my own sodium-free black beans & avocado), steamed broccoli & carrot, mushroom & onion sautéed in teriyaki (no butter/oil on potato & veggies, but very light oil used to sautéed mushrooms… next time request NO OIL, not one drop!)
