–lower body stretch/ strengthening
* Outdoor sunset walk-about for 20 minutes

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* red grapes
* brc bowl (beans, rice, cabbage) w/ salsa, avocado, sourdough teff injera
* gfo smoothie
* wautéed mushrooms & organic whole wheat noodle, added to Costco grain & celery salad dressed w/ unsweetened rice vinegar
* peach
* plain airpopped popcorn w/ a few popped kernels of XL-sweetened popcorn tossed-in
