–lower body stretch/ strengthening
* Walk-about indoors 20 minutes
* Outdoor Walk-about pushing 100lb+ on wheels

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* red grapes
* gfo smoothie
* brc bowl (beans, rice, cabbage) w/ salsa, steamed broccoli, avocado, mushrooms, sourdough teff injera
