* corn on cob

* homemade split pea/potato soup (split peas, diced potatoes, onion, carrots, broccoli, green/red cabbage, jicama, green/red/orange bell pepper, radish, celery, garlic, few drops liquid smoke & spices
* serve over shredded raw cabbage
* top w/ sauerkraut
