* Powerwalk outdoors 90 minutes
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gorilla salad, including:
– Costco Grain & Celery salad
– Organic Mediterranean Crunch salad
– 3-2-1 Salad Dressing
* 9 grain sourdough avocado
* spaghetti soup w/ teff injera
