* Day 2 bone/muscle mass workout @ gym
* Powerwalk outdoors 90 minutes
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch /strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens, fruit, oats)
* Mongolian bbq veggie feast w/ noodles
* figs & peach
* leftover enchilada

… SUN HAS SET …
