EXERCISE:

* Powerwalk 2.5 hours outdoors

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* few cold leftovers XL-(turnip cake, brown rice, sweet/sour eggplant, cilantro salad w/ tempeh)
* half-scoop raspberry/lemon Italian ice (dairyfree)
* unsweetened apple sauce
* veggie enchilada w/ red sauce (potato, carrot, squash, tomato) w/ house salad (no dressing) & sliced avocado
* few bites of Ethiopian veg platter
