EXERCISE:
* Day 1 Muscle/Bone Mass Workout

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie
* avocado sourdough toast w/ slices of tomatoes & garlic
* vegan Mex-pizza (little bit of pinto beans, rice, salsa, tomato, onion on a small XL-crispy tortilla) & plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* Chef Kenny’s XL vegan restaurant (turnip cake, simple brown unrefined rice, crunchy sweet/sour eggplant, cilantro salad w/ strips of tempeh, curry sauce w/ potato, tofu, green beans, carrot, onion) all delicious, but too much oil
