Who Was Arne Burkhardt?
Professional Background: Prof. Dr. med. Arne Burkhardt (born 1944) was a highly respected pathologist with over 40 years of experience. He held professorial and teaching positions at the Universities of Hamburg, Tübingen, and Bern, and led the Institute of Pathology in Reutlingen for 18 years

Global Academic Outreach: He held visiting professorships and carried out study visits at institutions across Japan (Nihon University), the U.S. (Brookhaven National Institute), South Korea, Sweden, Malaysia, and Turkey

Publications: He authored over 150 original publications, including articles in international medical journals and monographs in German, English, and Japanese, with a key focus in pulmonary and head & neck pathology

Contributions During the COVID‑19 Era
Return to Work: Though officially retired, Burkhardt returned to pathology during the pandemic. He analyzed autopsy and biopsy specimens to investigate the physical consequences of COVID-19 vaccines, along with effects related to mask mandates and SARS‑CoV‑2 infection

Findings from Autopsies: Collaborating with Prof. Walter Lang, he conducted numerous autopsies (between 40 and 80+ cases) on individuals who had died after COVID-19 vaccination. Their investigations revealed the presence of spike protein across multiple organs—and especially within blood vessels—and associated inflammation, vascular damage, lymphocyte infiltration, and in some cases, even fatal ruptures like in heart or brain arteries

Public Presentations: Burkhardt publicly presented these findings at several press conferences (Sep 2021, Dec 2021, Mar 2022), spoke before the German Bundestag health committee, and even addressed the EU Parliament with his data

Legacy & Passing
Ethical Stance: Motivated by the principle “Nil nocere” (“do no harm”), Burkhardt believed the pandemic challenged core medical ethics. His work was driven by compassion for both the living and those who passed—with his motto being, “Learning from the dead for the living”

His Passing: Prof. Burkhardt tragically passed away in an accident on May 30, 2023. His death was widely mourned across the scientific and medical community
