* steamed broccoli, cauliflower, kale, corn on cob & scant amount of pasta
* pinto beans w/ tomato & avocado
* grilled Amy’s veggie patty on 9 grain sourdough toast w/ tomato, onion, mustard, bbq sauce & airfried oilfree crinkle-cut potato
