* white sweet potato choco pudding w/ fresh blueberries & flour-free chickpea brownie cookie
* tomato soup w/ brussel sprouts, mushrooms, garlic, toast & avocado
* fresh peach
* sweet potato/black bean burger w/ avocado, tomato, bbq sauce, mustard & plain sparkling water w/ shot of  Tuscanini organic all natural cola
* alpha gorilla salad loaded w/ healthy goodies, including fresh strawberries
* small serving of simple boiled & mashed white potato w/ hot sauce
