* gfo smoothie (w/o banana) & 9 grain sourdough toast w/ choco-peanut powder paste (like unsweetened nutella)
* steamed brussel sprouts
* leftover Chipotle potato, cauliflower, greens soup
* blackbean burger on sourdough w/ tomato, lettuce, bbq sauce & homemade avocado mayo
